The company was formerly known as Changzhou Dongao Technology Research Machinery Co., Ltd., which was established in 1997 and is located at No. 63 Huayuan Road, Changzhou (formerly Changzhou Guangyang Old Factory).

Moved to Jiangyin in 2006 and established Jiangyin Yufeng Jiyan Machine Co., Ltd. The company is located 1 km from the Changzhou exit of Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway towards Jiangyin, covering an area of about 12,000 square meters and a manufacturing workshop of 8,000 square meters. It is a Taiwan-funded enterprise that produces mufflers for automobile and motorcycle gardens and motorcycle accessories.

The company has a complete set of production equipment and process testing equipment for stamping, welding, pipe bending, coating, etc., to ensure that the quality of the manufactured parts is stable and reliable.
